Btw, for the overview of the training, ACTION or AWS Center for Technology Incubation is an intensive 5 month training which will hopefully prepare you for your future IT Career. It promotes to develop well rounded IT professionals proficient and knowledgeable in Technology Application Skills and in Nihongo/Japanese Language. Also, graduates from ACTION are trained business interaction and communication with Japanese as well as good technical knowledge in both common technology domains and specialized technology domains.
The main development units of the training is either in Business Application & Business Systems Development and Embedded Systems Technologies & Device Driver Development. As part of the common technology domain, PhilNITS Review curriculum is also offered in the training. Hence, graduates are expected to pass the actual PhilNITS FE Exam offered twice a year.
